You sure you dont have moderation set on.
Check under approve images in the vbgallery admin.

2 things to check
1. Make sure you have no other plugins running incase you have a hack conflict that prevents the flash from working right
2. Make sure under usergroup permissions under vbgallery admin you allow groups to upload from server.

I switched it back to the non-flash way, and it works fine. I will probably leave it that way.

Okay well that confirms you have a plugin or something thats interfering with the flash uploader then.

I get the same error and am in the process of disabling all my products to find the culprit. I have not found it yet though.

NO luck I turned off every product I have and still this up loader does not work. I looks as it uploads the photos but when you click next there is nothing to process.

Do you have in usergroup permissions under vbgallery allow to upload to server set to yes?
Do you have any external javascript in your header footer that might not be vbulletin standard?
The only issues Michael and I have come across with the flash uploader not working is either of the two issues above. If you dont allow users to process files from the server it wont trigger processing of files and if there is some kind of other process stopping the trigger it will not find any.
feel free to send ftp info url and admin login to the contact us link above.

I do have Open AdsX (phpads new) code in my header so that might be doing it. I will have to keep this though as it helps pay the bills..
On the test site
there is nothing but a standard vb installed with the correct permissions given to the admin. This is where I get the upload error 401 message where it shows the status of the file uploading.

Feel free to send details on the test site as stated. error code 401 means a file is not making it there so thats why nothing appears. Maybe check permissions on the directories.

IM sending info for main site. I added a new style with nothing in the header and I still get the same thing. Take a look and see what you get. The style is named test.
