Orphaned custom fields entries on image delete

Custom fields entries remain when images are deleted. We can repeat this reliably.

Is this by design? If not, how do I track down what is going wrong?

Yes, thanks for asking.

So, if I have custom fields, if I delete (using the supplied Edit Image control) an image, its custom fields entry remains in the db.

So if the ppgal_images images record had imageid =12345, after that image is deleted there is still a ppgal_customfields_entries record with imgid =12345.
