Database error after add or remove post ?

Hello,
I have this database error after add or removing the post ?
after i refrish the page the post isdone or gone but every time i git this error then the post isthere or removed ?

This when add post !

In file: gallery/newreply.php
The promlem of add post:
Find (around line 390):

Replace with:

Content visible to verified customers only.

The problem of delete the post: Take it from here
