[Bug 2.4] Images shown without Permission

The Forumhome Plugin shows images without permission.

Steps to reproduce
1) New install
2) Create a new category
3) Upload an image to the category created in step 2)
4) Set permissions fo this category Deny for all
5) Enable Forumhome integration
6) View forumhome with a super moderator account

Expected Result
No image being displayed.

Actual Result
Image is being displayed, but a no permission error appears when the image is clicked.

Yes, the forumhome integration, profile, gallery home (newest, random) all run off the same permissions to generate thumbnails.

super moderator + does a bypass, I'll take a look.
