Administrator and Moderator permissions [added 2.2]
 

Currently, all administrators (even thos who noramlly can only administer FAQ items for example) can administer all aspects of vBGallery, eg. change settings, permissions, categories, etc.
This is really bad!

I suggest at least one, better more administrator permissions (Can administer vBGallery Settings, Can administer Categories, Can moderate vBGallery, etc.).

Also, all moderators can access all vBGallery moderator functions in ModCP. Moderator permissions are badly needed here as well as in the frontend!

I have one made for the Administrator permissions.
