Missleading phrase - Replace AdminCP Link [Done 2.2]

If you have modified your admincp/index.php file to add the vBGallery options you may turn this option off to have it link to the vBulletin Admin CP.

This is misleading, as there are no longer any modifications that need to be applied to admincp/index.php due to the usage of XML files for navigation.

I had plans to remove the extra direct link Admin page.

Done - removed Admin page and setting.
