Link in Category Name? [added 2.2]

In my old site, I had the following working, but as soon as I edit, it becomes broken.

See attachment. The code is exactly the same for each one, some however can show the HTML type of code, but others not. I checked and all settings (including HTML) are the same...

UPDATE:
Did some more playing around, and it turns out if you have a category image, then it does NOT work... I really want BOTH a category image, and also the HTML style link...
