Gallery email notification when new upload/post is submitted?

Hi

I have just added two email addresses in the category options so each time a new post has been made or an image uploaded we do not receive an email notifying us of this action. All I get is this...

I have added a space inbetween the emails like advised and I have also changed the order of the emails entered in the box. Does anyone know how I can fix this please?

I'm still having problems with this. I have added a moderator to the gallery and added both her email address and my email address in the 'category options' for each section of the gallery but it doesn't seem to be working. Is there anything I have over looked or is there a problem?

Also, when you add an email address to the 'category options' and click 'save' it doesn't actually show which email addresses have been added - the box is blank.

Hi Zack, just though I would check on the progress of this.

My community, like yours is bugging the day lights out of me to get this working as they are not getting key notifications on their exercises (class work).

Zack, this is really getting in the way for me. New uploads and important critiques are being missed. Resolving the retention of emails in the ACP for the gallery Categories resolve 90% of the user fustrations for me.

Can you give me an idea if this will be fixed and if so any time frames.

I hate to move away from the product over it but may have no choice if nothing is in the works.

You can leave "Email Address to Notify of New Uploads" blank but the Notify must be on.

I will set each cat to its own on/off setting on a later build.

Zack, I have made the edits

Then

Through the control panel I edited a category

Entered and email to be notified of new posts

Save

I then went back into the categor and the email address was empty. It did not save.
