navbits empty on search results [added 2.3]

this bug only occurs if you have the Minimum Time Between Searches setting set to something, lets say 15 seconds.

when you search for the first time, everything is all right. but if you decide to search again before those 15 seconds have passed, you get a standard vBulletin error message saying you have to wait. only this is what you see in the navbits:
