Watermarking images problem.....

Figure this could be a good thread to place this question.
Anyone know why some of the photos uploaded to my gallery have two watermarks; one tiny watermark and one regular sized watermark?

(for some reason this image is not displaying inline here, but it is wrapped in img tags)

Did the file edit. Didn't help.

Just uploaded a 117kb file, after being watermarked, it's now 56kb.

Set this setting to -1

Admincp => vbgallery => Uploading Options
