Required fields before upload dont work

ok i have create two custom fields to be required before anyone can upload any pics... but how come it can still let me upload the pics without entering anything in the required field? Isn't is suppose to give some error sayin like "Require field is missing, please go back."? How do i make this apply to all the fields, like title, description, etc?

Try this.... search for the phrase (by using ACP => Languages & Phrases => Search In Phrases) named "requiredfieldmissing" (click on the option "Phrase Variable Name Only") and you should see a default value of....

Content visible to verified customers only.

Click "Edit" and enter a translation of...

Content visible to verified customers only.

... so that the double quotes are removed.

Let me know if that works for you (it worked on my site just now); if that works I'll forward this thread to Michael as an item to fix in the next release.

hell yea it worked!!!! thanks man!!!!

i thought it was the script itself causing it to ignore the custom required fields. Can't believe a phrase and mess it up. Now i dont have problem with peeps not crediting images XD
