[Trivial Suggestion] Password Protected Categories

Since users can set their own password on a category, my suggestion is just to change the wording of the phrase to start with "A password is required to access this category" instead of "An administrator has required a password to access this category"

Good point. I'm going to move this to the bugs form since technically you're right.
