subsciption/email problem

I am having the same problem addressed in this thread:

Using vBadvanced Gallery v1.0.1, with no moderation.

An example of a email sent:

Hello Godzoned,
mily has just replied to an image you have subscribed to entitled - - in the category of Artist Trading Card Gallery.

This image is located at: http://www.atcards.com/gallery/showi...=&goto=newpost

There is no title image, and no image id in the email.

Any ideas? Thanks

There was an old problem with Gallery that caused that. Try downloading it again and make sure you have the latest version.

After reading about the past problem you had, I did a clean install the other night hoping that would do the trick.

No luck. Still having the problem.

Try using the option to reinstall the phrases from the install file and see if that helps.

Anybody have any thoughts on what might be wrong?

For anyone else that's having this problem, look in your forum/includes/functions_gallery.php file for this bit of code:

Content visible to verified customers only.

Replace with this:

Content visible to verified customers only.

And that should take care of the problem.

Will this fix work for vBa Gallery 1.0.1 (vB 3.5) as well?
This problem came back after I upgraded.

I noticed that:

Content visible to verified customers only.

is now:

Content visible to verified customers only.

but the rest looks the same. Thanks.

Yes, you should be able to just replace $DB_site with $db on a vB 3.5 installation.
