Category owner is stuck
 

I have a problem with my gallery at http://www.scienceforums.com/gallery in that my moderators are unable to create new categories and upload/move images except for in one main category and a few sub categories.

When I look at the permissions all seems to be correct. However, it turns out that the categories which are available for the mods are the ones which does not have an owner. For some reason my user has become the "Category Owner" of all of the other categories.

Now that would not be such a big deal if I could only remove my name from the Category Owner field. But I delete it, Save, and poof it's back.

Is this a known bug?

If you'll look in your forum/admincp/vba_gallery_admin.php file for this code:
And add this right above it:
Then that should take care of the problem.
