Support for vBulletin 4.1x?

I'm looking for a solid classifieds system for my forum and I think PhotoPost Classifieds is pretty good but I have a question before I buy:

Up to what version of vBulletin has been tested?

I beleive I am running 4.14 on my personal site so there should be no issues using it with 4.1x

One more question. Does the Classifieds provide any way to hide itself (so it' only available to certain groups like admins) so I can configure all of its options before I actually show it to my forum's members?

Usergroup permissions for viewing uploading commenting etc are all part of the classifieds program.
