You mean vbulletin 4 forum which is the product we actually integrate with? Customers are not required to tell us what integration they are using just the domain where the software is running. You can check the examples on our main page there will probally be some vb4 examples. It will take me time to specifically find multiple examples.
Here is my little site has most products integrated with the forum default style http://www.reeftalk.com/forums/forum.php

Photopost Pro does not integrate with vbulletin CMS. You cannot add CMS widgets to the gallery, nor can you otherwise manage the content in photopost.
Hopefully CMS integration be added in the future.

Pro integrates with the forum and infact does not show any content on the forum without use of plugins or mods. There is actually a little mod to show photos on the CMS I posted here just like the Pro plugin I released for vbulletin forum. http://www.photopost.com/forum/photo...os-widget.html |

Seems like a bit of overkill.
One person buys the license.
Web designer builds the site.
Web designer can't access support for the product? Even vBulletin isn't that restrictive.

Our customer who is the one who is entitled to support can access our support forums without issue.

I understand...but the "customer" is not always one person. Many times it is an entity. So now I would need access to the "one" person's email address to seutp and account that I have access to.
In an internet based environment, this slows down a development process that should be seamless...and able to push forward 24/7. I understand guarding the software and plug-ins this way...but the support?

Our policies are in place for a reason. Only one person is our customer and entitled to support. We have an automated system that checks the vb users and bumps customers into a special verified customer group entitled to receive support. This is just how it is done. Our customer can at any time ask for support so there is no issue here.
