verified customer but can't post
 

I have renewed my license and a while ago I received an email giving me access to the members area to download etc. But I do not have access to the support forums etc. I checked and I do not show up as "verified customer" in the forums so must be a problem there? :)

My forum email address is same as my members area customer email address.

You are verified that I see. The process as noted in the announcement at the top of all the forums on verification states it can take a few hours for the forum cron to run and check the members status.

Oh ok so it's a matter of the cron job running then. Ok Chuck thanks for the reply, I'll wait.
