ShortCode / SMS Integration

I have an Idea and want to know if this may be possible in PP

The Idea

Members Pay/Subscribe to play in specific forums
Members That Pay/Subscribe to play in specific catagories can upload specific content
Members Pay/Subscribe to play in specific catagories can then Vote/Comment on specific content

Members Pay/Subscribe to play in specific photos Are capable of doing this via SMS/Shortcode

I understand I will need to find a SMS Gateway Provider, so the question is:

Can VB handle this type of integration or is there an Application available?

We are not vbulletin. Our application integrates with the list of applications that are on our site. SMS Shortcode or text messages have nothing to do with any of the specific applications we make. Let me know if text messaging is not what you mean but a simple search of the net for SMS shortcode tells me that its text messaging.

I understand your not VB, I understand you are a stand alone product. Maybe I need to be more specific in my question.

As a Stand Alone Product Can I

1. Integrate with a SMS Gateway
2. Use that Integration to allow members to upload via Smart Phones
3. Use Short Code like Text 2255 as an example to vote on said photo

I hope that cleared up any confusion

There is no type of mobile integration with our software or even vbulletin to my knowledge
