vBulletin 4 and older license?

Chuck, we have been using Photopost for a couple of years and I let the license expire a year or so back. We are updating our site and want to upgrade to the latest software and renew the license. Is there any deals for that type of upgrade or is it the fixed price like new? Thanks in advance.

Oh forgot to add another question...

If we upgrade to the latest PhotoPost that works with vBulletin4 how difficult is it to convert the old database into the new format? Sorry but it's been a while since we last set this up. Presently running PhotoPost (5.62) with a vBulletin at the 3.6.5 level.
