Upgrade Installation Service

Will the Upgrade Installation Service autorenew my member access ?

I have PhotoPost up and running and want to upgrade it, as my member access is expired, I saw the Upgrade Installation Service and will get it if my member access will be active after that.

I assume you will not charge both things for customers right ?

I pay for the Upgrade Installation Service and the update is done. OK. I want to know if I get the upgrade and access or just the upgrade.

If your members access is expired you can not upgrade till you renew that.
You must always have members access to download the code. If your doing your own upgrade you pay nothing more. If you want us to perform your upgrade then you pay the upgrade service. The upgrade service is not a mandatory charge it is up to you. The members area access is a mandatory charge.

So what if I want the Upgrade Installation Service and thats it ?

You cant upgrade it ?

That would be correct as stated. You must have members access current to be able to upgrade whether you do it or us. You need to be entitled to use the new code.
