I am waiting for 'verification' to post in the forum, however I am not finding any information about how to style a standalone installation. Is there a link to a 'how to' or wiki on the subject?

I used the Installation documentation, but there does not appear to be any other documentation on customizing your installation.

You can edit the stylesheet classes under admin edit stylesheet

You can load whatever header or footer html you wish around the program by creating such files and loading them via the settings in admin global options for them.

As to what every last setting in admin does sorry there is not.
