Is Reviewpost for vB 4 out?
And can User post NEW Reviews? In the old versions User can only post Reviews, if the Admin or Mod post the Article first.

Reviewpost 5 is compatible with vb4 yes and as always to place a review you need to have a product to review first thats just a core concept of the program so really that has not changed.
