Do you have fix for this problem

Hello,
i know my license is exipre but i have this problem
Database error when viewing user profile
and i updated User Counts but it is still not work i really do not want to renew my license and after i do not get the fix for this problem

Hi Chuck,
i think my thread was clear
if this problem fixed i will renew it but if there is now solution what is the benefit from renewing the licene
i just want to know if there is a soltion, if the way that you talk is renew the licene if you can not fix it will you return my money back

The vbgallery support team would assist you with any support issue you have with vbgallery but you must have access to obtain support.

The members area renewals are basically what pays for you to obtain support.

they will tell you when your order has been renewed and as long as your forum email matches the license email you will become verified.
