Question VB3 to VB4
Hi I would like to buy Classifieds and setup as an animal adoption site. I would use 3.85 for a while until I update to VB4.... Can I purchase for VB3 and upgrade to VB4 without extra fees so long as I am within the time period for allowable upgrades? DOes the adoption setup seem possible?

sure the version that supports vb3 is the same that supports vb4.
