as you can see they can have the poster/trade starter to link their paypal email there to check if it's verified or not.

Hi Chuck,

There is a PayPal verification system with button available,you can only see it as a logged in member on that site.

It means that you can log in to your PP account and check the sellers details are genuine when you click through on the PP verification symbol.
