Random photos at the top of vbulletin forum

What I am trying to do...

Have a horizontal random image block at the top of my vbulletin forum.

I am a photopost customer. Most search results that have the info I cannot view on this forum for some reason.

If anyone has a link to the step-by-step directions on how to have a random image block that would be great. Thank you!

I find it very odd that I would be cut off of seeing basic mods even though I have purchased the software.

Nevertheless, it is very easy to find out how to do it via other sites.

I am unsure if I will renew in the future after being treated this way.
