Possible to add rectangle tags to the picture?

example: “Few people know how to take a walk...." on Flickr - Photo Sharing!
when you move the mouse over the picture, some rectangle tags appear.
Is it possible to have the feature in Photopost?
so that maybe the uploader or/and users can draw their own rectangle tags?

why not adding it then?
maybe you can write an addon? it shouldnt be dificult. a new table in the sql server is enough just to contain the infostartPoint(x,y),Endpoint(x,y),$Desciption)
