Photopost vB Integration

Before I renew my licence, just wanted to know if there is a mod that can pull random images from the gallery and then can display them on a banner on the very top of the forums?

e.g. next to a logo, like on this website below:
The Babywearer.com Photo Gallery

Thats not a clickable banner thats a static image. The gallery does show a block of photos on the forums home page.
