I have ripped the vbgallery gallery apart again.

merged gallery and forum settings now gallery
- options can be added in debug mode and show up in VBoptions area
- this changes $ppg_options to $vboptions
- kills a query on non-gallery pages

Another huge thing I am almost done with is the file structure of how images are saved @ moment its:

I am userid #1

1/image_thumb.jpg
1/image.jpg
1/image_original.jpg

I have redone it to:

1/thumb/image_thumb.jpg
1/image.jpg
1/original/image_original.jpg

This splits the amount of files saved in the upload folder per user by having thumbs and original files in their own subforum. This should help with speed of I/O access. I have 30K images uploaded as 1 user and this puts 90K files in 1 folder. With the new system and less files to look @ when pulling up the data to show should be less load.

There is a lot of other things I need to file compare.
