Access to the support forums is limited to verified members whom have current members access to obtain product support otherwise you are limited to the general access forums. This thread should explain how to verify yourself if you have current members access.

ok so I guess I should upgrade to the latest version of photopost which will give me forum access as well? I could only see the owned license at $129, is there an upgrade price as my license expired in 2006.

You would simply purchase a members area renewal for $39.00 as you already own a license.
