Review Post Catagories

I would like to use the review post mod for all types of reviews including for restaurants, books, travel site, places to stay, etc... This would be for a local community site. Si there a way to customize it category settings based on the type of category being reviewed? For example: the fields for Places to stay would be different than for restaurant reviews.

You can set unlimited category and review fields per category to make things different sure.
