Access to restricted forums?

Posting here, as I don't have access to member restricted forums for some reason.

have renewed my access some time back but still do not have access to Photopost member restricted forums (e.g. Photopost mods)
My forum username is "camel". Please grant forum access ASAP

There are no licenses tied to the email your using on your forum account hense your not a verified customer.

Returning customer but purchased a new product(reviewpost) cannot access restricted forums for support with an install issue. Thanks in advance.

Okay well there is no active non expired license that is tied to the email address your forum user account has on it. You need to change the email to one that is linked to a license that has members access.

Both licenses including my new one is linked to my same email address.

That is not correct from what I see. I look up any license with the one tied here to the forum and I pull up your old members area expired license. Your new license is tied to another email therefore you want to change your forum email to that email.

Please contact your sales department. My order for reviewpost was sent to my email account in my profile.

My response is very valid. You need to set your forum email to the one on the reviewpost license and not the email thats on your photopost license and you will be verified.

They are not the same. Look at the last part of both emails. First one is photopost second is whats on your reviewpost license.

Thanks for the help. When do i get authorization to post in the reviewpost support form? They are locked for me. I need to sort out a small issue with my installed reviewpost.

Well I see you changed your email to one again that is not associated with a current standing license that has members access.

I changed it lets see if you get verified. Can you tell me what you have not understood about my responses which explained what needs to be done to become verified?

Look like someone made some changes in my ucp

Yes I changed it so you could have verified access.

You changed it from telusplanet.net one to a gmail account which again is not a verified account on a license. Thats why I asked what was hard to understand about the verification thread I linked above.

I had pointed out earlier in this thread and posted what your valid email address was so you could change your forum account and become verified. Most likely its a typo on your part when you ordered.

You will need to contact sales and update the email on account for the license and then change your forum email once again to a valid email thus to keep verified status.

Thanks a bunch. That type o when i ordered was the problem. I thought it may have been my gmail account when i asked sales to cc a copy if my regular email blocked it. I will contact sales. Sorry for all the problems.
