Get only order, no confirmation

I have two problems:
1. I ordered PhotoPost PHP Pro License and get the order mail to my newleax()mail.ru
But no confirmation that everything was paid normally

I need to know this because another man made this for me and I need to be sure in him

2. I've bought the script to my mail.ru e-mail, but I can't change it here on the forum

When I do this, I can't write anymore. Is this service banned here? And if it is how could I get support then?

So may be this two problems are connected somehow? And I can't get a confirmation e-mail because of this mail? But I got a order one.

I see there was written that I have to wait for a day or so... but firstly I need to know if everything is correct with mails where I could get the info.

Please tell me was the order paid or not.
I need to know this, because I can say nothing now to man who helped me.
