Different Ratings Fields for Different Categories

Is is possible to have different ratings fields for different categories? (I've already read here that I can customize the overall fields).

E.g
Restaurants: speed, taste, noise level
Retail Stores: service, price, location

Or are the field global to all categories?
Thanks

So just so I am clear, each category can have totally different ratings parameters? So I could have a site that rates restaurants and also rates DVDs with totally different ratings fields in the restaurant and DVD categories?

Thanks

From me a regular user...

Each category can have its own template with it's own language file.
So you can customize almost anything.
Add to that 6 extra fields for write in answares
and as many as you want (I think) custom fields wich you can mod with answares froma dropdown menu or others.

This is from the program...
---
Add a new field type:

If you would like to add a new additional field, enter the text which will be used to present the options, select the type of input you want to use and then enter the default text or a list of options. Options are entered using a double-pipe || as a field seperator; to enter three options, you would enter: field1||field2||field3 as your Options field.
---

I see nothing in your question that could not be done.

Yes you can define totally different fields per category as noted right where Geiri points out above.
