Can't post in forums!

I have a valid photopost license, but I can't post in any forums, and I can't send Chuck a PM. What's going on????

I cant post either and I tried to change my mail adress on here to both my personal mail which I used to order from and the board mail.
I have received mails about how to complete reverification, clicked the links and waited hours (days with one of them) but nothing happens....

As I am having problems with the product purchased, access would be great to have to get some help
