Reviewpost - Multiple Criteria for Rating

Hi,

I'd like to know if it's possible to rate a product on multiple criteria rather than a single one. I mean can there be an average rating based on let's say 4 types of rating, ex. price, ease of use, support, build quality.

Is this possible with reviewpost? This is very essential for a site we're building, and it seems reviewpost has everything else we need to get this done. I just need clarification about this feature.

yes and no.

It would have to be coded to do say 4 if your talking a rating.

For instance there is an additional template set called customer service and that one does 3. Those fields are as follows and you could essentially use that template set and just rename the language string for those ratings.

How would you rate this vendor overall?

How would you rate this vendor's customer service?

How would you rate this vendor's prices?

Now you can add unlimited text radio checkbox fields per product or review.

But I have a follow up question. The customer service example seems more question based, yes and no, or check boxes. Would i be able to put a rating bar on these questions, and then calculate the average and show that as the Average Rating of the product?

Is that possible?

The 3 questions I stated are ratings bars not yes no boxes and then the averages are indeed shown.
