I try to test photopost classifieds at your customer website and see that everyone can give feedback for everyone not only customer who buy the product. Can I change this setting to only customer who buy the product can give the feedback?

Not without modifying your code in some way. The feedback feature is viewable from the member profile and is optional. Most people overlook it but when a user buys an auction etc they are sent a link to give feedback.

I try to register at site in action and leave feedback to a member. So I can leave feedback for them but I still not buy anything. Is this normal?
