ipb 2.0 > PhotoPost . VB 3.8?

I purchased a forum 6 months ago that is plodding along on IPB 2.0 sofware from late 2004. Needless to say, we are suffering in terms of functionality and secrity! I want to convert to vB 3.8 but don't want to lose the thousands of images we have in the IPB Gallery. I have hired someone to help with that conversion and he recommended I post here asking if PhotoPost is the solution.

Question: Would we be able to use PhotoPost to get our gallery from IPB 2.0 to vB 3.8?

Photopost is an image gallery

You would use vbulletins impex importer to get to vbulletin 3.7 series

You could then add a gallery if you choose but the gallery does not assist in converting forums.

Hi Chuck,

I understand what you're saying but am not speaking in reference to the forums. What I need to know is if my IPB Gallery can be converted to photopost AFTER impex is run, or how that process will work.

There are no importers for Invisionboard gallery to Photopost Pro.
