How do I add users to a specific area of photo post such as a design team member?
I haven't found anything to help me in the FAQ's on how to do this.

You can create whatever usergroups you wish under edit usergroups or in your forum and import them and assign users to those new groups and then under edit categories assign permissions as you wish
