Im thinking of getting the review post pro + installation.

Few questions:

How long does this installation takes ?

Installation of review post, can it be installed on my vbulletin 3.72 (forums) ?

Im ready to purchase this product, and would like to have it up and running.

Installations usually take place same day next day after we recieve your install details back to us. The program will also integrate with vbulletin.

Why would they ask for my signature in order for you guys to install the review post on my site ?

I currently dont have a scanner in order to print/sign/scan/upload and send.

Where and who can I talk to, get a refund for the installation fee I paid ?

sorry, but I just dont have the resources (scanner)

You can fax from any kinko's etc. It is a liability document that gives us permission to access your server thats why they ask for a signature. any questions you have you can respond to the email addy that emailed you from us.
