"NEW! Sellers can place classified ads for fixed prices or with optional eBay style bidding enabled" - Can you set up prices for periods of time? For example, 30 days is free, but 90 will cost X amount of money. Another will be a "for life" price.

"NEW! PayPal Payments to charge for ads and optional items like highlighting, bold and italics." - What other options are?

Is possible to make a box for "Featured Ads"? But the client will have to pay to make their ads featured.. is possible?

Only register user can contact vendors?

Can you make auto approve ads for register users, BUT admin-manual-approve ads for non register users?

No sorry prices are per category not duration

In Admin => Edit Usergroups set moderation on for whatever groups you wish

Plus, if you did, they would come after you and your family. Check out their terms and conditions. They make it very clear what they will do if you pull ads from their site.
