Installation Question

I recently moved my site to a new webhost. The previous webhost wouldn't give the new host a cPanel backup to create the site on the new server. As they were rebuilding the site on the new server a number of file were lost or corrupt. They were able to recreate my homepage and forum, but my gallery was lost. If I renew my expired license and requst installation service, how long will it take?

Your renewal order would most likely be completed today and as far as install that is up to you. Customer Service would send you an installation document when you recieve it you need to fill it out and return it. Once you send that back they will forward it to the installer. Basically most installs take a day or so so your install if we recieve paperwork back could be installed either today or tomorow.
