will photopost do these things?

I want this as an add on to my vb forum, not stand alone. So my questions are:

1) while in the forum posting mode, is there a link in the post editor to a pop up (or something) that allows a member to auto insert their uploaded images directly into the post?

2) if yes to the above, does it also automatically create a link (insert a url) into the image or will it just insert it using direct img code?

So far all of the options I have looked at insist on inserting the URL to the image as well as the IMG code and I do not want that!

It is not apart of our application I can say this. If you wish to insert a gallery you would need to use bbcode or direct code etc.

I do beleive there is a mod on vbulletin.org that does this. You need to own a photopost license and then can install this.

An unsupported mod from 2005 does not seem like a good option. Oh well.

I admit I am a bit confused. You say gallery is not part of your application, then just what the heck is it?

That particular function is not provided in the application by default; to get that, you would use the mod Chuck linked to.
