vBulletin install before or after PP install?

Hello
I just wonder if I can install vBulletin (or any other BB) later, or do I have to install the BB before installing PhotoPost?

This to integrate with PhotoPost

The integrate Photopost with vbulletin since we integrate with the vb3 user database etc you must install vbulletin first. Let us know if we can assist with any other questions.
