Resizing of photo before it is sent

I have smartor album with some mods

It resized and reduces the photo automatically that means a user might post
a photo with big size
he does not need to worry it automatically makes the size small enought to be sent.

Is this possible here?

Yes any photo gallery has that ability. When you upload a photo it is sent to the server and the image processor will process it based on the thresholds you set in the admin upload options.
