Why are all forums locked but this one

Can someone help me? For some reason I am locked out of all the forums except this one. I bought PP Pro on July 9, 2007.

Bob,

You're not showing up as a verified customer. Please follow the steps in this thread (http://www.photopost.com/forum/before-you-buy/announcements.html) to have your forum account verified.

Essentially your forum account email address needs to match the email address associated with your license. Once they are the same a schedule task runs every so often that will update your forum account.

I did that before I sent this post. Maybe the script has not run yet? I received the email from the system and followed the link, it said I was verified. It is the same email address as in my profile and the original email I received when I paid for PP. I can getto the members area to download the software though.

I am not sure how often the script runs; I think I read from one of the guys that it runs hourly but that is a hazy memory.

You are showing up now though as being the in the Verified Customer group so all of the various support forums should now be available to you to view & post in.
