Sizing a server

I'd like to hear from some people who are using PhotoPost with vBulletin as to their server sizing. We are planning on a dedicated server to host 50,000 - 100,000 photos with 150,000 visitors or so per month. I'd like to find out what people are using for memory, hard drive space, etc.

Also, does PhotoPost host the images in the database or in a file format?

Thanks!
