Classifieds - Multilingual??

I want to use the classifieds program to display and sell a few items. I do not want it as the traditional classified application but I will use it as a store front more or less.

Question:

1. Does the tool support multiple languages for a single classified article? I would naturally do the translations.

I want the default to be English but if the user clicks on the German Flag, then the article they are looking at should change to German text and the user interface and menus should change as well. Is this possible?

None of the products switch language by clicking some flag. Language is a global selection by admin

If you want to translate and create your own language files and add some sort of language selection code sure it will work fine
