About PhotoPost Setup

I am considering purchasing but I need to know if PhotoPost can offer me what I need.

I have a website whereas I list digital scrapbook freebies photos and urls.

Is it possible for various designers to upload their own freebie and have all the designers freebies shown on one page per day?

Also, can I change the header, look and feel?
