want to upgrade, but license is not in my name

I purchased ScrapperGal.com, it is running photopost 4.8.2 now, but the license is expired and I would like to upgrade to the newer version due to problems we are having uploading to the gallery. My question is can i puchase the license renewal to upgrade and transfer it into my name?

I would suggest emailing custserv@photopost.com. I cab say that licenses under our license agreements are not transferable
